Time and frequency synchronisation are critical enablers of next generation communications systems as well as the Internet of Things. The NIST-ATIS workshop highlights both developing sync requirements and deployment strategies for new sync systems and standards. This makes WSTS your primary source for information about the effects of evolving synchronisation systems on network operators and equipment manufacturers. WSTS and its sister conference ITSF in Europe represent a global alliance of pre-eminent experts in synchronisation for telecom and related applications. Many of these experts act as steering group members for both conferences, as well as sit on various standards bodies including ITU, ATIS, IEEE and IETF.  Prof Charles Curry is a member of the Steering Group.
