Following the successful demonstration of GPS jammer triggered camera technology during official GPS jamming trials at the Sennybridge military training area in Wales last month, Chronos is showcasing the unit this week at ION GNSS+ 2015 and at IAATI in Riga, Latvia on 21-23 October. Increasing instances of GNSS signal jamming are now a concern to many industries and when the Chronos support team received a call from a mobile operator requesting an investigation into the occurrence of a Synchronisation Supply Unit entering holdover for various periods of time, GPS jamming detectors were deployed and identified and located the use of GPS jammers by the employees of a nearby company.
