Chronos to Launch New Products at European Microwave Week

Lynbrook, Gloucestershire, 18 August 2006 – Chronos Technology will launch new RoHS compliant power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers and multipliers from Cernex Inc of Sunnyvale, USA at the European Microwave Exhibition in Manchester this September.

The new range of amplifiers and multipliers feature benefits such as solid state class A design, 50 Ohms in/out impedance and rugged construction. The power amplifiers also have the additional benefit of instantaneous broadband. The products are suitable for a wide range of applications including radar and satellite communications, electronic warfare, fibre optic communications, millimeter wave communications, WiMax instrumentation and wireless communications for military and some commercial systems. Chronos, who has exclusive rights in the UK to distribute Cernex’s full product range, will be exhibiting at European Microwave Week on stand 247.

Chronos also continues to build on its extensive range of GPS/GNSS and GALILEO ready components. In addition to GPS antennas, splitters, amplifiers, filters and receivers, Chronos now offers complete GPS/GPRS and GPS/WiFi tracking modules which include high sensitivity receiver chips.
