  • This flagship two day course delivers an in depth view of Synchronisation. It is intended for those who need to understand synchronisation technology, network issues, applications and synchronisation network design. This event typically runs as a public event and can be held in most countries. Over 500 sync professionals have attended the Chronos Sync MasterClass since 1999.

• One Day Synchronisation Course
  • This course is a tailored version of the Synchronisation MasterClass, intended for people who want a detailed understanding of synchronisation principles but do not need a broad view of network synchronisation. Events are designed to meet the needs of each client, by concentrating on agreed specific areas of interest.

• Synchronisation - Technology Update
  • This one day course looks at recent developments in Synchronisation. This event is suitable for those who have previously attended a Synchronisation course (Synchronisation MasterClass or similar) but now need to update their knowledge. The delivery of synchronisation across networks and to end customers is impacted by the introduction of each new networking technology. This event explores these areas.

		Synchronisation of networks is necessary in providing a stable service delivery platform. Good synchronisation improves average time between dropped or failed calls. Understand the current and developing techniques available to deliver synchronisation and you will improve service QoS.

Chronos deliver hands-on training on our entire portfolio of products both hardware and software.

The format for a single hardware product training course is to begin with a basic introduction to synchronisation followed by a detailed presentation on the product.  The delegates are then given a practical demonstration of how to use and troubleshoot the product finished by hands-on exercises.

Training courses for management software traditionally start with an overview of the network elements a customer is managing followed by instruction on how the management software is used to interrogate and configure that specific product as well as the common management tasks such as network element and user administration and alarm management.

All the hardware product training courses are nominally 1 day courses, however more then one product can be combined and some sections can be dropped to tailor a course to cover all the types of equipment and software a particular customer has.  In this case a course may be up to 2 days or longer depending on the scope and customer requirements for depth of knowledge.

The courses detailed below have been produced and delivered in part or in full to customers or have been combined into bespoke courses at customer request.  Not all the current Chronos products are detailed below however as new products are added to the portfolio training courses are produced upon customer request so if a particular product is not listed below, please contact Chronos for a proposed course agenda.
